The ASEAN Investment Forum 2024 built on the success of the inaugural forum and further strengthened ASEAN’s position as a global investment hub, focusing on strategic priorities for sustainable and inclusive growth.
A key milestone of the 2024 Forum was the launch of the ASEAN Regional Investment Promotion Action Plan (RIPAP) 2025–2030, designed to promote ASEAN collectively and attract investment across regional value chains.

Participants had the opportunity to visit several Special Economic Zones in Lao PDR, demonstrating the region’s expanding infrastructure and investment readiness.
